I am new to using automotive beauty products. How should I start?
Welcome to the world of our automotive beauty products! If you are trying them out for the first time, we suggest starting with the basics of car cleaning and maintenance, which generally includes:
- Car Wash Soap: For removing dust and dirt from the body of the car.
- Wheel Cleaner: Specifically designed for wheels to remove brake dust and other impurities.
- Interior Cleaner: For cleaning the seats, dashboard, and other interior surfaces.
- Wax or Sealant: For protecting the paint and enhancing shine.
When using for the first time, make sure to follow the instructions on the product to ensure optimal results and to avoid any potential damage.
Remember to first test on a small, inconspicuous area to make sure the product is compatible with your car model.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We're very sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product, via email or phone, and attach photos of the damaged item. We'll address the issue as quickly as possible.
I found the product to be damaged, but it's past the return period. Can I still be compensated?
The return period usually only applies to undamaged goods. If your product is visibly damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis whether compensation or replacement can be provided.
What is the return process?
First, contact our customer service team via email to initiate the return process. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unless the item has a clear defect or damage upon arrival, the cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer.
